Williams
The campground
Grand Canyon KOA is situated along Highway 64, the main entrance to the famous Grand Canyon NP. The office is newly build, as is the pool and other facilities. The friendly staff can assist in making reservations for the Grand Canyon Railway, or helicopter, jeep, ATV and rafting tours.
Don’t miss out the Cowboy cookouts, the weekend life music and the great coffee bar.
The surrounding area
The Grand Canyon is – no doubt – the main attraction, but this part of Arizona has a lot more to offer. Sedona / Oak Creek Canyon and Flagstaff are within comfortable driving distance, there are prehistoric cliff dwellings at Walnut Canyon, different types of volcanos in Sunset Crater Volcano NM, the “First Proven, Best-Preserved Meteorite Crater On Earth” in a park appropriately named Meteor Crater, and many other attractions. Plus lots of ways to actively enjoy the outdoors.
